Represent TQ in The Big Battle

Hello everyone, left5 here. Anyways, as a lot of you may not
know there is something called The Big Battle going on right now. For those of
you who don't know, The Big Battle is sort of a tournament where listeners and
host of podcast shows come together and play games against each other to get
points for the show they are representing. The show with the most points ends
up the winner of the competition. Right now this competition is being put on by
DerrickH host of Dead Pixel Live.


As of now, there is a collection of podcast/gaming
communities in the Big Battle tournament. Dead Pixel Live, Electric SistaHood,
Fantastic Forum, Orange Lounge Radio, RPGrinders, SHHH, the great TQcast, and
Vault Reviews are members of the Big Battle. All of the listeners and/or host
of those shows can join up and represent their team in a bid to earn points in
the games currently selected to play. The team with the most points is declared
the winner.

Zen Pinball: Earth Defense Force PS3


Pinball FX : Buccaneer Xbox 360


Forza Motorsport 3 Time Attack Xbox 360

TQcast, which includes TQCrush and Blue Agave, is a part of it, but the only member
in the TQ squad was DerrickH and he runs the damn Big Battle. No one from TQ
was representing and even Desz and JUiCe aren’t sign up as team members for
their own team. There was no way I could let TQcast go out without some kind of
fight after all the great shows Desz and Juice and the rest of the TQ family
have put on for us. So I registered and joined Team TQcast. I am sending a call
out to the rest of the TQfam to step up and represent and show all these other
shows how the TQ community does it.

cleft5, I put up a post a few days ago and noone signed up. I think TQFam is afraid of DPL.

Unforuntately, while I have an Xbox 360, I don't buy multiplayer games for it for multiple reasons.

Derrick is willing to add games to the line-up as long as he can devise a way to keep score on them. His initial idea was to have games that everyone has in the competition. So, send him a shout.

It's an opportunity to increase cross community interaction.

Thanks for the update. I'm trying to think of games everybody has. Maybe Desz and Juice will address it again next week. Possibly a front page story with a vote is necessary to get some attention. I'll run it by the big dawgs.

Did you send a friend request to AGRBigBattle? You will need to be on that friend list to have your time added. Personally I shoot a message to that gamer tag when I post a new time or score.

As an FYI, the competition is being run by one person so the posting of scores probably won't be immediate.
