PS3 DVR to feature trophy support

The new PS3 DVR device scheduled to release in Japan shortly is called Tourne and it will change the way Trophy Whores operate. Apparently the device will allow gamers to get trophies for watching the latest episodes of their favorite shows. There was no mention of movies, but I'm sure we'll be seeing the trophy support extended to them as well.

I predicted this would happen about two years ago and finally Sony is starting to let the cat out of the bag. Expect some very interesting announcements at E3 concerning trophy support and the PSN Video store.
