PSN Scheduled Down time [Tue 12th Jan 2010]
Playstationlifestyle-
The Community Team Leader of the official PlayStation forum in Spain
has informed PSN users of a scheduled maintenance where some
PlayStation Servers will be interrupted for several hours. This will
not be a complete shut off as not all servers are effected, details
follow.
From next Tuesday 12th January at 17:00 until 2:00 Wednesday 13 January, PlayStation Network
servers will will receive some minor maintenance. During that time
some online services like the PSN/PC Stores may not be accessible, but
accessing PSN accounts shouldn’t be a problem.
Perhaps this is some minor downtime to setup some of the foundations
for the Premium Services or just some server updates. What do you
speculate this maintenance could be for?

PSN Scheduled Down time [Tue 12th Jan 2010] :: Comments
I hate when the PSN is down! Hopefully they update PS Home.
I second that...bring back talking outside of private spaces *no homo*
Seriously, Home is very under rated. I met some cool peeps this past weekend, and even played with them a bit on MW2. I need to buy some furniture for my new crib.
No wonder i have seen Desz @HOME from my friends list.
LOL Denoch, last sunday (sat ur time) Desz was on HOME like all day, LOL.
HOME has its ups and downs, sometimes i will be on home non stop for days, playing with friends, testing out all the cool stuff, dancing aimlessly and chatting up blocks that are dressed up as chicks but the PSN id is Johns21 or Jefftheone LMAO, HOME is truly spectacular, the biggest hit for me on home is the fact that it updates alot, its a great thing they update it but when they do it takes forever to dl everywere you want to go again, they really need to streamline this and make it more natural and less effort and waiting.
Regardless home is an experience no other system can match.

Its just good to see Sony stay behind this and develop it, even after people bashed it so much in the beginning. Home is just a glimpse at what Sony is capable with the PS3.
PSN went down last night (23/8/10) 10pm(Aus time) for a few hours, turns out it was down time as a preventative for the upcoming Jailbreak item, what Sony have under there sleeve is anyones guess?
