Sony are releasing a new headset for the PS3, its based on the old version but 30% smaller and lighter, and now has noise cancelling to block background noise like kids screaming in background or your tv when you have the volume turned up, this is a very welcome feature and that alone will make me upgrade my headset to the new one.
It also had other features for mobile phones like 3way talk etc.
